Sounds like an error code. Something is probably shorted.
Unplug the receiver for at least 30 seond.
Check all cables and ensure that they do not intersect, especially speaker cables.
Close it and try to turn it on.
Also check the troubleshooting section in the manual i (you have) that has a section about the error codes
