Kaspersky Anti-Virus dose it delete viruses, spam etc. when it is detected or do i need to manually do it, how? - anti spam and virus

I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus and do not really know how they work. I lost the box and the manual and can not find anything on the help option, such as viruses, removing spam, etc.

You're the only person who finds this disturbing. You need to do anything that Kaspersky disinfect or automatically deleted when in automatic mode. It also creates a backup of this threat and "recognized"
